STANDARD & PRIORITY REMOTE SUPPORT

Dearman Systems offers standard remote support during normal business hours as well as 24 x 7 priority remote support under an "annual remote support package". The annual remote support package includes:​

  • Remote System Diagnostics

  • Software Updates, Including Bug Fixes (As They Are Made Available by Dearman Systems)

  • Warranty Fixes (Made as Necessary)​

  • Software Version Upgrades​

ADD ON: PREMIUM TECHNICAL CONSULTING & SUPPORT

If you request support outside of our normal support procedures, which are covered by an annual support contract, you are utilizing our premium technical consulting services.

You can request specific members of our team to join the call and we will work to schedule the call as soon as the technical resources on our side are available.

This is an add on service to an annual support contract.
